15 Best Self Care Products For Moms

We all know that self care is super important and truthfully it’s something that us moms can look forward to. We spend all day cleaning up after everyone, being a referee, running errands and the list goes on and on. After a long day with work, kids and craziness, it’s nice to be able to relax and enjoy some time to recharge and invest in ourselves.

What is self care?

Now, we all know that self care doesn’t have to be bubble baths and manicures but that doesn’t mean it can’t be. Self care can be anything from drinking water or eating vegetables to getting a massage or getting your hair done.

Self care means caring for yourself and that’s going to look different for each person. Think of some things that refill your cup and then do those things as often as you can to ensure you are taking care of yourself. You find whatever form of self care works best for you!

Why do I need self care products?

The truth is, you don’t. You could practice self care without having to buy anything special but sometimes it’s nice to invest in ourselves and splurge. These products are bound to make your self care much more enjoyable and fun and they are budget-friendly! We invest so much time and money into our families so why not do the same for ourselves. Essential oils are great for helping you relax and they are great for so many things. You could use them for skin support or hair support, the possibilities are endless.

A diffuser is a great way to use essential oils. You can set it up and diffuse some calming essential oils. I like putting one in my bathroom while I’m taking a nice relaxing bath. Here are a few of my favorite budget friendly diffusers.

Bath Bombs

Who doesn’t love bath bombs?! My favorite are from Lush but they can be expensive so these from Amazon work great and they smell amazing!

Sugar Scrub

Sugar scrubs are great for exfoliating. I like to use them before I shave to help get all the dead skin off so that I get a smooth shave on my legs.

Pumice Stone

I don’t know about you but my feet need some love too. These pumice stones work great for getting rid of dead skin and helping your feet feel soft and healthy.

Face Mask

I don’t know what it is about face masks that just make you feel special but I love it. There are many different types of there depending on what you want to use it for but here are a few of my favorites.

Sheet Mask

This is a variation of a face mask that is just sheet you place on your mask. Like regular face masks, these have different uses so make sure you get the right one for what you want to use it for.

Bath Pillow

If you like to take baths then this is going to be a lifesaver for your neck. I love taking baths but it’s rough on your neck as it doesn’t really have any support. A waterproof bath pillow can help with that!


Journaling is great for self care! Find a journal that you love and that you are going to want to write in everyday. There are so many pretty options out there.

Diffuser Bracelet

A diffuser bracelet is another way to easily use your essential oils. All you do is put some oil on your bracelet and then you can smell it all day.

Weighted Blanket

I’ve heard these are great for anxiety so they might be a great option for some extra self care. There are many different options out there with different weights and styles.

Bathtub Tray

If you love reading in the bath or having. a snack or drink then a bath shelf is a great option for you. They make super cute ones too!

Epsom Salt

I love adding epsom salts and essential oils to my bath. Epsom salts are supposed to be great for helping your muscles relax. You can also use them for different scrubs to exfoliate.

Coloring Book

Coloring can be calming and relaxing. It can get you focused on something other than your stressors around you. Here are a few of our favorite adult coloring books.

Pretty Water Bottle

Part of self care is taking care of your self and that means drinking enough water. I don’t know about you but I’m more likely to drink water if I have a cup that I love and that looks cute. Here are some great options for a cute water bottle or cup.
