Essential oils have many different uses and benefits. Some of those benefits are immune support, respiratory support, emotional support, digestive support and the list goes on and on.
You can also use essential oils to make your home smell good. Candles can contain toxic ingredients so diffusing essential oils is a much safer option.
Often times people ask, “Which oils smell good together?” or “How do I know what oils to put in my diffuser?” Well the answer is up to what you want to use the oils for.

We are going to look into essential oil diffuser blends for all different types of things. Before we start with the blends though let’s cover a few common questions.

What diffuser should I use?
My favorite diffuser is from Young Living but I also have a diffuser from Target and one from Amazon and they work great.
Some diffusers hold more water so they will diffuse for longer. Some diffusers also put more mist out than others so it all really depends what you want and what your price point is.
How many drops of oil should I put in my diffuser?
This all depends on the size of the room the diffuser is in and how strong you want the smell to be. A bigger room is going to need more drops.
Can you diffuse essential oils all night?
Yes you can, essential oils are great for sleep support.
How do I add essential oils to my diffuser?
All you need to do is add the drops of oil and then add water to the fill line. You can do this in any order.
Which essential oils blend well together?
This is a hard question as it all depends on your personal likes and needs. Some people love pairing a citrus oil with a tree oil or a minty oil with a citrus oil. It all depends on what you like and what you are using it for.
